Joe Lemieux (Co Writer/Director/Actor):
Joe's earliest recollection is an Aurora Model of The Wolf Man on a
shelf above his crib. As a child he thrived on a steady diet of Looney
Tunes, comic books, horror magazines (such as Famous Monsters of Film
Land), The Twilight Zone, Creature Double Feature, Kung-Fu Theater,
and The Three Stooges. In the early 1990's Joe had a brief stint out
in Studio City California, chasing the Hollywood Dream. He had the pleasure
of meeting and spending time with Ray Bradbury, John Landis, Joe Dante,
Al "Grandpa Munster" Lewis and Mr. Sci-Fi himself Forest J.
Ackerman (the man who coined the term "Science Fiction" and
the creator of Famous Monsters of Film Land). He wasn't able to get
work out there, so Joe returned home, beaten but not defeated.
For the next couple of years he worked as a Production Assistant
on several independent and studio films. In 1998 Joe graduated from Full Sail with
a degree in Film & Television Production. In 1999 Joe cast Tim
Dennis for the short film Creeping Paralysis, and in 2001 they collaborated
on Veil of Blood. Most recently Joe has sold the short children's
script Mrs. Maple to MonkeyRay
Productions. Mrs Maple is currently in production.
Joe currently lives in Devonshire, Massachusetts, living on a steady
diet of Looney Tunes, comic books, horror magazines (such as Famous
Monsters of Film Land), The Twilight Zone, Creature Double Feature,
Kung-Fu Theater, and The Three Stooges.

Roy Montalbano (Director of Photography/Actor):
Roy met Joe at Full Sail in 1996. After graduation everyone went their separate ways, and Roy's turned out to be the Caribbean. He worked on over 50 projects as a freelance Camera Assistant/Operator for four years before he saw Joe again in the spring of 2001. Joe asked Roy to help with the Veil of Blood shoot, and Roy jumped at the opportunity to make a horror picture. Until then he had only worked on small productions, documentaries, shorts, music videos - that sort of thing. Veil of Blood was his first feature length project.
Since Veil of Blood he worked on features and music videos until 2004. These days he is studying to be a nurse and enjoying time with his children. Not a day goes by were he doesn't hear some voice in his head saying, “Okay people, let’s get ready to shoot the brain splatter.”

Tim Dennis (Producer/Acting Coach/Co writer/Assistant Director/Actor):
Since the turn of the century Tim Dennis has been entertaining audiences with improv and sketch comedy, including a thirty-month run in Boston's Theatre District. He has also appeared in several movies and videos, and performs nationally for corporate clients. Tim has recently opened a new comedy show, Barney William Derd (www.BWillDerd.com), the story of one man's unique aproach to living a life of ease.
Tim's recent production, "Bells" tells the story of an unusual religious sect and their, ahem, curious method of bell ringing (over 18 only, please). Tim's horror debut was as Rupert Trasc in Creeping Paralysis, where he met Joe Lemieux. Tim collaborated on the writing and directing of Veil of Blood, which is surely the vehicle that will catapult him to stardom!

Michael Neel (Editor/Second Unit Camera):
In 2003 Michael got a call that would change his life. Until that point in his career, Michael had worked as a Director of Photography, Editor, Producer and Director on a variety of projects, including independent documentaries, narrative films, stop-motion animation, and television. But as a life-long horror fan he yearned to work on a splatter pic, and was overjoyed to be hired as the Editor for Veil of Blood. Finally he could inject some gore into his work life. Overjoyed at the prospect of editing brains, severed limbs, and other such splatter, Michael has worked with Joe and Tim to finish the film.
Recently, Michael has also worked on many documentaries -- a different kind of film to be sure! He was the Director of Photography on Preventive Warriors, a political documentary ; the Co-Director of Photography and Co-Editor on Laban! a documentary on the 1986 People Power Revolution in the Philippines; and the Director, Co-Producer, and Co-Editor of Growing Old, a feature-length documentary on aging well. He hopes his road to success will be paved with blood and guts instead of gold.
